Rogarema is an international platform specialised in business searches. It consists of a search engine, a classified directory and an online marketplace for products and services.
1.2 What are the advantages for Rogarema customers? [Go to top ]
The platform's biggest advantage is that companies and their branches and subsidiaries can be found in all countries covered by the platform using their keywords, industries and published product and services.
The classified directorys are translated in all languages the platform supports so that customers can be found in other countries by their translated industries.
The search engine doesn't use a ranking system and search results can be restricted according to region.
1.3 How is our company found internationally? [Go to top]
Companies operating domestically are found in United States through their branches/subsidiaries, industries and keywords. Internationally, they are found using the company name, branches/subsidiaries situated in foreign countries and through their Marketplace offers.
Companies operating internationally can be found from all countries supported by the platform through their branches/subsidiaries, keywords, thranslated industries and through their Marketplace offers.

1.5 Rogarema's data protection policy

The Rogarema team and their partners undertake to handle data not marked as public according to Germany's strict data protection guidelines. This data includes names, telephone numbers and email addresses of designated contact people. This data will not be published or sold to third parties. They are only used to communicate with our customers.
To allow convenient use of the online offers, our internet sites use Session Ids and/or Cookies. The IP address and search terms are saved for statistical purposes, however, the IP address is deleted after 48 hours.
2) Registration of Companies / Branches/Subsidiaries

Rogarema registration can only be carried out online. Click on „register company“ on the homepage for your country. Complete the registration form and follow the instructions. At the end of the registration you will be redirected to your Profile Manager where you can release your company details for verification by the contracting party.
2.2 How do I register a branch or subsidiary?

Further branches or subsiduaries can be registered in the Profile Manager only by the first (main) company.

Branches and subsidiaries can select different categories and different websites.
2.4 What should I be careful of when registering a branch/subsidiary based in a foreign country? [Go to top]
The biggest obstacle could be that your keyboard doesn't have all the special characters necessary to complete correctly your registration details in the language in question. In this case, it is recommended continue through the registration process to the point where a Client number is generated for the new branch. From there, you can give these details to a trusted party at your branch and leave it up to them to complete the company's details and release the details for verification.
2.5 Can branches also place offers in the Marketplace? [Go to top]
Yes. Every branch/subsidiary can publish up to 20 offers of their own in the Marketplace.
3) The Marketplace
3.1 What is the Marketplace's target audience? [Go to top]
The Rogarema Marketplace is a business-to-business platform. Every company which is registered at Rogarema can offer or look for products and services nationally or internationally – for free.
3.2 Where can offers be published? [Go to top]
Offers can be published either nationally or nationally and internationally.
3.3 How many offers can be published? [Go to top]
Each company can publish up to 20 offers. Each branch or subsidiary of an business chain can also publish a maximum of 20 offers.
3.4 How long will offers remain active? [Go to top]
Offers remain online for up to 60 days, after which they are automatically deactivated. You will be informed of this by email. You can then reactivate your offer for a further 60 days in your Profile Manager.

4.1 How much does it cost to register a company on Rogarema? [Go to top]
Current prices can be found under Prices.
The price for the registration of a company at Rogarema depends on the maximum number of industries/ Business areas which you select. All other services are all inclusive.
The prices are excluding VAT.
4.2 How much does it cost to register a branch/subsidiary on Rogarema? [Go to top]
The price for the registration of a branch/subsidiary depends on the total number of companies in your business chain, the maximum number of industries which you select (up to four (4) or up to eight (8) industries) and from the country-specific pricing for the country in which your branch is registered. The following discount levels apply:
- 2-3 companies in the chain: 20% discount on the relevant country's price/year
- 4-10 companies in the chain: 40% discount on the relevant country's price/year
- more than 11 companies in the chain: 50% discount on the relevant country's price/year
4.3 How are invoices issued? [Go to top]
Invoices are issued as PDF files and are made available to you in your Profile Manager. You will be informed of this by email. You can access invoices through the Profil Manager and read, save and print them using Adobe Acrobat Reader©.
4.4 What other services are included in the registration package? [Go to top]
In addition to the aforementioned included points, the following services are also included in the package for free:
- Use of keywords for national and international searches;
- Links to your website;
- The summary of optional details as well as a logo or image in your Company Profile;
- Publication of up to 20 Marketplace offers regarding your products and services;
- An „Operates Internationally“ marking if your company operates internationally and if you would like your company to be found by people in other countries;
- Direct forwarding of messages sent through the email contact form to your email address; and
- Viewing of statistics regarding your company's profile and web visits.
5) Profile Manager - The administration of your company data on Rogarema
5.1 What is the role of the Rogarema Profile Manager? [Go to top]
The Rogarema Profile Manager is the interface between your company and Rogarema. Using your Client number and password, you can log in to manage your details, edit your Company Profile and register further branches/subsidiaries. In addition to this, you can also view statistics, publish or edit Marketplace offers, change your selected industries or keywords and view, save and print your invoices
5.2 What do I do if I have forgotten my password? [Go to top]
Enter your Rogarema Client number on the login page and click on „Password forgotten?“. You will then receive an email containing instructions on how to proceed. If you have forgotten both your Rogarema Client number and your password, your contracting partner will be pleased to assist you. You can contact the contracting party through the email contact form.
